We hope that you and your family (including your four-legged ones) are doing well during this strange time! We're excited to announce that we're now able to offer wellness visits t our patients again! (And starting in June, our boarding facility will reopen.) Please read below for the specifics!

Although our operating hours have remained the same (7am to 5pm Monday & Friday, 7am to 7pm Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday and 8am to noon on Saturday), our doctor hours have been somewhat reduced in order to minimize the number of personnel in close contact at any given time. We will do our best to accomodate your schedule and your pet's needs but our appointments are filling fast between the somewhat reduced doctor hours & the backlog of pets needing their wellness care. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and hope that you will call early to schedule your pet's appointment.

We are still doing curbside service only and ask that you go online to fill out the Wellness Care Form for healthy pet visits or the Medical Care Form for sick pet visits at least one day prior to your appointment. When you get to the clinic, please call us at 618-222-9860 so that we can discuss how to proceed. If your pet is due for wellness, please remember to bring a fecal sample so that we can check for intestinal parasites as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).

We are also starting to take boarding reservations for the summer months. Unfortunately we still will not be able to allow personal belongings to stay with your pet other than food and medications.

As always, if you or anyone in your household has tested positive for COVID-19, please let us know! We want to ensure you that we are still taking precautions to protect our staff and clients in minimizing the spread of COVID-19. Besides offering only curbside service, continuing to limit the total number of personnel in the building at any given time, taking our temperatures at the start of every shift, and screening our clients, we have also increased our cleaning standards.

Medications/Food: Please know that we are able to refill prescriptions including heartworm & flea medications. You can either request those thru the pet portal which you can enroll for on our website if you're not already enrolled, or you can call us at 618-222-9860 or email us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. If your pet has been getting ProHeart injections for long-lasting heartworm protection, we are still doing this too. You might want to look into our online store as an option for purchasing medications including your heartworm & flea/tick products.
